📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions and relevant details to patients and providers • Evangelize customers and turn disgruntled patients into fans • Support Field teams, Operations and Sales by delivering timely feedback • Problem-solve common complaints, flag trends, and partner cross-functionally on preventative measures • Proactively create a better patient experience • Support employee programs that nurture company core values and culture • Support branches across a designated market • Review new and recurring patient accounts and obtain documentation required to bill health insurance plans • Research and secure customer information to continue equipment coverage • Manage collaborative relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients through outreach • Evaluate documentation for compliance with standards and regulations • Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word • English (reading, writing, verbal) • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data. • Ability to physically reside and work within the United States • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
