📋 Description

• Operate and maintain AFS Enterprise Applications with high availability and performance in a secure manner • Provide predictable, quality service in a timely fashion • Plan, design, build, and test application deployments and upgrades/patches • Provide user support • Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues independently or collaboratively with internal/external teams • Provide evidence to support auditing activities • Update existing or create new processes and procedures to improve quality and efficiency, reduce cost, and improve security • Patch Windows operating systems

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of two years of IT Experience • A minimum of one year of demonstrable and recent experience of System Administrator of an on-premise application • Efficient in using Microsoft Offices, including Word, Excel, and Visio • Proven experience in technical writing • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations • Good communication, written and oral, and interpersonal skills • US Citizen • Work authorization in the US without current or future visa sponsorship • PowerShell experience highly preferred • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks preferred • Knowledge of Cloud Computing preferred • Ability to function in a fast-paced high demand environment • Ability to learn new skills and research issues independently • Ability to work in a team of highly skilled technical resources • Ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide sound solutions • Ability to develop strong professional relationships with fellow team members
