📋 Description

• Support development of campaign strategy briefs based on research, market insights, customer pain points, and client strategic priorities • Support development of customer engagement surveys • Help develop and implement creative customer engagement strategies • Support ad hoc and triggered campaigns using personalization, automation, and multi-touch journeys • Collaborate with PM, Analytics, Technology, and Creative teams to execute campaigns according to the annual campaign calendar • Manage quality control for creative assets, briefs, weekly status reports, and client presentations • Support establishment of campaign KPIs • Support A/B testing approaches for email and phone scripts • Track testing insights and incorporate them into future campaign briefs • Support monthly campaign reports and generate insights • Support weekly client-facing status reports

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in campaign planning or loyalty marketing • Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and data-driven campaign strategies • Experience in campaign measurement, A/B testing, and data interpretation • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
