📋 Description

• Craft clear, compelling and strategic copy that resonates with target audiences • Bring proactive innovation and creativity to email and scripted phone channels • Ensure alignment with campaign brief and client direction in partnership with strategists, visual designer and tech team • Develop guided scripts and training materials for call center agents with guidance from strategy and change management teams • Work with strategists to develop creative tests for email copy and agent scripts, integrating lessons learned into future campaigns • Incorporate client and legal review feedback to ensure final approved assets • Maintain and evolve voice and tone according to brand guide • Conduct creative QA to ensure creative assets meet objectives and brand standards • Integrate AI into drafting and proofing to improve efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in copywriting for email (preferred) or social campaigns • Demonstrated ability to work independently and own copywriting deliverables • Experience working in Figma • Some experience presenting to clients preferred but not required • Must provide a writing sample • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
