📋 Description

• Support the planning, management, and execution of M365 tenant migrations • Perform pre-migration assessments, environment readiness checks, and validation activities • Configure and administer core M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues • Ensure all migration activities adhere to federal security and compliance requirements • Maintain documentation of migration plans, processes, system configurations, and post-migration states • Monitor service health, performance, and migration progress to ensure uninterrupted operations • Assist in establishing best practices for M365 tenant management and centralization

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration activities • Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts and cloud-based infrastructure • Experience supporting or executing tenant-to-tenant migrations • Familiarity with identity, authentication, and access management principles (e.g., Azure AD) • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
