📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement solutions across complex enterprise and federal programs • Serve as the primary functional lead for Procurement • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions • Lead functional design and delivery across multiple workstreams • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into future-state procurement processes and system solutions • Configure and implement Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts modules • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Projects, Analytics, and other business teams • Support integrations, security, reporting, and system extensions with technical teams • Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and go-live support • Manage stakeholder relationships, provide strategic recommendations, and facilitate decision-making and issue resolution • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement • Strong knowledge of procurement business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, approvals, compliance, and supplier portals • Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules • Proven expertise across the full Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, conference room pilots (CRPs), testing, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support • Ability to develop functional designs, process flows, test plans, and project documentation • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • U.S. Citizen • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
