📋 Description
• Build effective sourcing strategies to develop candidate pipelines • Recruit for assigned demand across business account(s) and skill sets • Support collaboration across recruiting teams to improve diversity hiring • Participate in additional recruiting efforts such as career fairs, sourcing efforts • Collaborate with peers to help ensure the overall success of the team • Ensure data quality in ATS and for reports for demand areas
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including full life cycle or sourcing recruiting • Experience executing recruiting strategies that deliver hiring results for tech roles
