• The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery by applying knowledge of ServiceNow. • Lead requirements gathering sessions to capture the detail needed to design solutions that meet or exceed expectations. • Write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team. • Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team. • Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to identify ways to reduce efforts and ensure all business and design requirements are met. • Lead quality management reviews, support test plan development, and organizational change management. • Ensure quality solutions are developed and deployed.
• At least one year of ServiceNow delivery experience • Business Analysis experience in a ServiceNow environment including the ability to gather thorough requirements and write effective user stories for development. • Established ability to demonstrate ServiceNow functionality of various applications to stakeholders. • Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes • Hands on ITIL experience • US Citizenship required • Active secret clearance required
