📋 Description

• Perform subcontract management and administration duties across a variety of subcontract types • Manage subcontract and task order awards and modifications through formation, performance, and close-out, with minimal guidance • Maintain compliant and accurate subcontract management records • Provide subcontract-related advice and guidance to internal business teams • Build and maintain productive relationships with external industry partners and subcontractors • Prepare subcontractor Requests for Proposals aligned with client solicitation requirements • Evaluate subcontractor proposals and conduct detailed pricing analyses • Negotiate subcontractor proposals and agreements • Assess subcontractor performance risk and support corrective action plans when performance concerns arise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3 years experience in Federal Government Subcontract Management OR Supply Chain Management OR Contracts Management OR Legal Degree OR a combination with a total of 6 years experience • Experience negotiating subcontract agreements; preparing subcontractor RFPs; evaluating subcontractor proposals; and conducting subcontractor pricing analysis • Experience (or similar) preparing and managing CPSR compliant subcontract documentation • Knowledge of Public Law and FAR/DFARS • U.S. Citizenship • Work authorization in the US without now or future visa sponsorship
