📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers • Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed • Support clients in accessing community resources and services • Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field • Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State] • Minimum [1–3] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniques • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
