Accessful is an AI-driven service that automatically inspects and remediates PDFs to make them accessible. It adds PDF tags, corrects reading order, and generates alternative text and semantic table/list structure to meet PDF/UA-1/2, WCAG 2. 2 and EN 301 549 requirements. Accessful is available as a web app, REST API with webhooks and batch processing, and can run on-premises (air-gapped) or hosted in ISO/IEC-27001 data centers in Germany with GDPR-compliant processing. The product targets regulated organizations (banks, insurers, public sector, universities, healthcare, energy) and provides revisions-safe audit logs, large-scale batch processing, and integrations into document workflows.

📋 Description

• Develop the entire marketing architecture together with the founder • Define marketing channels, target audiences, and demand-generation content • Identify automation opportunities and the AI agents required • Analyze pipeline generation and discontinue ineffective initiatives • Build a systematic, AI-first marketing engine • Develop and leverage LinkedIn, email, newsletters, landing pages, webinars, social media, content, and SEO • Test and discard marketing processes, experiment with new tools, and build agents • Within the first 90 days, identify repeatable marketing mechanisms that generate qualified demand for Accessful • Convert attention into opportunities and revenue

• You are hands-on and execute independently • You are curious • You understand B2B • You can write and sell • You think in funnels and numbers • AI is part of your everyday work • You do not wait three weeks for a brief when you can determine what needs to be done yourself • Willingness to take on entrepreneurial risk • A video application of no more than five minutes answering the specified questions • Optional: Showcase a project, campaign, agent, automation, or other example you built yourself
