📋 Description

• Develop and execute market strategies • Build strong customer relationships • Lead operational teams and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards • Direct and coordinate Detailing, Project Planning, Placing, Production, and other activities • Maintain accurate inventory and prevent losses from fraud, poor quality control, or poor operational/accounting practices • Lead department personnel toward performance goals, emphasizing safety, quality, and company standards • Apply sound business practices to operational processes while meeting customer and budget requirements • Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve project goals • Maintain awareness of safety and environmental concerns • Receive, track, assess, and respond to customer complaints and issues • Identify complaint root causes and implement corrective actions • Provide tools and training to develop employees and serve as a business partner in developing solutions • Review customer specifications for product application • Partner with HR on hiring, disciplinary action, development, goals, and performance reviews • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Adapt positively and productively to change • Deliver passionate, world-class customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of managerial experience • Minimum 2 years in the Rebar industry preferred • Ability to adhere to CMC safety policies and procedures • Knowledge of Logistics, Material handling, Production and Maintenance • Strong moral character • Ability to work well with others and create a team atmosphere starting with safety • Ability to clearly communicate expectations, issues and feedback • Ability to follow instructions from a supervisor or manager in a timely and safe manner • Proficient computer operation, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. • High School Diploma or GED required • Bachelor's degree in Business or another closely related field strongly preferred • Up to 40% travel required
