📋 Description

• Lead the review, maintenance, and monitoring of supply chain business systems, including the Purchasing System and MMAS • Advise senior leaders and procurement/sourcing teams on FAR/DFARS regulations related to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management • Review, draft, recommend, and coordinate implementation of compliance policies, processes, procedures, and tools • Manage subcontract flow-down clause requirements, supplier certifications, and sourcing approval controls • Support development and validation of material basis of estimate inputs for customer proposals • Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain Management • Serve as primary compliance interface with internal stakeholders and external customers/agencies • Respond to audit inquiries and customer assessments • Manage annual refresher and new-hire supply chain and purchasing system compliance training • Generate reports and metrics from purchasing compliance data • Maintain compliance files, records, and audit trails • Lead internal and external Purchasing System audits and oversee corrective action plans to closure • Support self-assessments, supplier audits, and CPSR readiness • Monitor FAR/DFARS and other regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates • Participate in supply chain and procurement compliance projects • Interpret compliance data and present findings to staff and leadership • Mentor junior compliance and procurement staff • Improve purchasing practices and alignment with company strategy • Support and communicate the company mission, values, and culture • Perform special projects and assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field • 8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments • Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations • Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals • Familiarity with Estimating System compliance • Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs • Attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned tasks • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job • Prior experience leading or supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), preferred • Familiarity with export/trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR), preferred • Experience preparing or reviewing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals, preferred • Professional certifications such as CPSM, CFCM, or additional NCMA-accredited credentials, preferred
