• Provide non-classroom instruction to students on an individual basis • Manage and educate students in a non-classroom setting • Establish academic goals and milestones with students • Provide constructive feedback for students • Build long-term relationships with clients to support student success
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, research or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with students • Sufficient knowledge of core educational subjects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to help students understand their high school and college math and science lessons • Proficiency in at least some of the following subjects: Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology • Sufficient technical skills to run Zoom sessions with students • Patience and a love for working with teens
