• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them • Support internal team members by sharing best practices for client engagement and project success • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time • Lead weekly meetings with the client and maintain a professional appearance on calls • Checking (and responding to) emails and project management system 4x/day Monday - Friday.
• Great written and spoken communication skills • Skilled in translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans for clients and internal team • Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. • Day-time availability to lead client meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfort using and learning new programs (e.g. Zoom, MailChimp, Google docs) • Desire & Initiative to figure things out independently • Comfortable working with faith-based non-profits and eager to support their mission • Attention to detail • Strong time management skills • Strong problem solving skills (assessing problems, or potential problems and providing solutions for the client)
