📋 Description

• Support AccuWeather's executive engagement programs by coordinating executive research, communications, CRM execution, meeting logistics, relationship tracking, and program reporting. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Executive Leadership, and Revenue Operations to ensure executive engagement programs operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale. • Research executive priorities, company initiatives, strategic investments, and organizational structures. • Develop executive briefing materials to prepare leadership for meetings and outreach. • Maintain executive profiles, buying centers, and relationship history within CRM. • Coordinate executive communication campaigns and follow-up activities. • Manage executive engagement workflows, timelines, and program execution. • Track responses, meetings, action items, and relationship progression. • Support conference outreach, executive events, customer meetings, and strategic engagement programs. • Coordinate CRM updates, reporting, and executive program dashboards. • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate executive research, meeting preparation, content development, summaries, and follow-up. • Identify opportunities to improve executive programs through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales support, executive support, project management, customer success, or related field. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent written communication and editing skills. • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot. • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
