📋 Description

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment • Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture • Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes • Guide customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions • Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1–2 calls • Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow-up to maximize conversion • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals • Build trust with customers in high-stress financial situations • Lead complex, consultative sales conversations and guide customers toward decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales • Preference for consultative or financial sales environments • Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment • Strong ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations • Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively • Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term outcomes • High School diploma or equivalent • High-speed internet/fiber broadband connection • Availability for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm CDT
