📋 Description

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and integrated roadmap for the Digital Acquisition & Loan Servicing Portal across Personal Loans and HELOCs • Integrate AI agents and tools into digital experiences • Lead multifunctional product squads at a strategic level while providing hands-on technical product leadership during critical delivery phases • Standardize digital onboarding, origination, automated decisioning, document collection, and post-origination servicing • Ensure seamless transitions between consumer self-service and human-assisted experiences • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to improve conversion, self-service loan management, referrals, cross-selling, and refinancing • Expand omnichannel consumer engagement tools, including AI tools and integrations • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Product Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations • Deliver scalable, compliant products on time • Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers • Establish career pathways and elevated execution standards across the department • Identify key talent, support leadership development, and build capable managers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience delivering complex, consumer-facing digital products • 3–5 years in a Product Leadership capacity • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience • Deep expertise in consumer lending, including Personal Loans, Mortgages/HELOCs, or debt consolidation/acceleration • Direct experience with Loan Origination Systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations • Proven success consolidating fragmented product flows into seamless digital experiences with cross-selling capabilities • Ability to review API documentation, participate in architectural discussions, write detailed specifications, and lead technical execution squads • Experience with digital, phone, SMS, email, and AI engagement channels • Robust understanding of lending compliance and regulatory requirements • Experience with product analytics, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization • Demonstrated excellence in trusted, steady leadership; focused and agile execution; outcome ownership; and people and capability development • Must be unable to require H1-B Visa transfer or sponsorship or STEM-OPT Visa
