📋 Description
• Engage warm leads through high-volume outbound dialing, up to 100+ daily • Lead consultative one-call or two-call sales closes • Identify customer pain points and uncover financial needs • Articulate the value of personalized digital finance products • Manage, prioritize, and follow up on a pipeline of 20 to 200+ active leads or transactions • Build trust during sensitive financial conversations • Guide clients through complex financial decisions toward clear solutions • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales, schedule adherence, and conversion goals • Use Salesforce to track lead activity and document interactions • Maintain high pipeline accuracy • Work with warm leads to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience • Proven success in a fast-paced, goal-driven, commission-heavy environment • Ability to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-making with empathy and authority • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce and digital sales tools • Excellent time-management skills • Ability to prioritize lead follow-ups independently • Willingness to accept coaching and continuously improve • High school diploma or equivalent required • Availability for flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST/PST • Ability to work Monday–Friday schedules or schedules including one weekend day • Candidates local to Phoenix, Arizona for hybrid work options, or located in Texas for remote work options
