📋 Description

• Lead design for consumer acquisition and zero-to-one new product innovation • Own acquisition experiences across Achieve's unified prequalification platform and business units • Design AI-enabled and agentic acquisition flows • Design partnership and debt consolidation experiences • Lead design for Multi-Product, ALM, and Debt Navigator products from concept to shipped product • Conduct rapid prototyping, concept validation, iterative testing, and experimentation • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data in Agile teams • Work directly with senior executives to shape product vision and design direction • Design, test, and optimize engagement and conversion paths • Partner with Product and Data to identify opportunities and design measurable experiments • Perform qualitative and market research • Deliver end-to-end design from discovery through production-ready specifications • Operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams • Set design quality standards and mentor contract design resources • Contribute to and evolve the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and shipping impactful consumer web products in agile, cross-functional environments • Experience operating at a staff-plus or design-lead level • Proven track record in growth/conversion design and zero-to-one product innovation • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and user psychology • Exceptional rapid prototyping skills and comfort with ambiguity • Experience presenting and evolving design direction with senior stakeholders • Strong UX design judgment and pragmatic implementation sense • Working knowledge of design and AI tools, including Figma and Claude • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic/Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, a related field, or another field with equivalent practical experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products, conversion/growth work, and zero-to-one design
