📋 Description

• Prepare and tutor adult learners pursuing college credit through mathematics courses and examinations • Teach either a 3-hour session per week or provide 1-hour individual tutoring lessons • Deliver engaging, easy-to-understand instruction on mathematical concepts • Simplify complex mathematical concepts into practical, relatable examples • Adapt instruction in real-time to accommodate varying experience levels • Track student progress and share key observations with the eLearning team

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or applying mathematics • Strong understanding of algebra, statistics, and foundational mathematics concepts • Professional experience in an academic or professional setting • Degree or academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Education, Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • Comfortable using Zoom, Moodle, Google Workspace, and other eLearning technologies • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and educational backgrounds • Reliable high-speed internet connection, functional computer, and noise-canceling headset
