📋 Description

• Build supportive, long-term relationships by understanding each student’s goals, progress, and challenges • Provide personalized guidance to keep students engaged and moving forward academically • Support students through onboarding and ensure they feel confident using our systems • Proactively identify obstacles and work with students to overcome them • Respond to student inquiries with empathy, ownership, and timely follow-up • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in our CRM • Collaborate with internal teams to support students with academic or financial-related needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support, advising, or another people-facing role • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • A calm, empathetic approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple student relationships • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team • Confident computer skills, including email, CRM, and online tools • Nice to Have: Experience supporting students or clients in an education or training environment • Familiarity with the U.S. education system
