📋 Description

• Provide coverage at multiple client sites during Processor and Phlebotomist absences and/or openings • Greet and identify patients according to SOP • Obtain billing and testing information according to SOP • Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for drug testing • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques • Enter patient information accurately and timely • Package and prepare specimens for shipment to the testing location • Perform customer service duties, including phone inquiries and patient encounters • Collect patient payments according to SOP • Adhere to HIPAA and DrugScan compliance policies • Follow safety rules, sample-handling procedures, workstation cleanliness requirements, and PPE procedures • Maintain workstation supplies • Travel to multiple states up to 90% of the time • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/management

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of phlebotomy experience • Graduation from a Phlebotomy Program • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time • Ability to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections • Ability to collect urine and oral fluid specimens for drug testing • Ability to follow SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and DrugScan compliance policies • Ability to perform accurate and timely data entry • Ability to meet physical requirements of medium work, including frequent walking, standing, or squatting and handling up to 50 pounds • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
