📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. • Oversee infrastructure operations, cloud platforms, networks, data centers, endpoint management, and infrastructure security. • Partner with Rochester Regional Health and organizational leaders to ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business goals. • Develop strategy and lead infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, disaster recovery, and operational excellence initiatives. • Develop and manage high-performing technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline. • 10 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments. • 5 years of senior leadership experience directing infrastructure teams. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (Preferred) • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Preferred) • Experience leading moderate-scale cloud transformation and hybrid infrastructure initiatives. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
