📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management organization. • Drive revenue optimization, cash collections, and operational efficiency. • Oversee payer strategy, contract negotiations, and reimbursement performance. • Provide executive oversight of provider credentialing and payer enrollment. • Partner cross-functionally to support organizational growth and exceptional patient outcomes. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and financial performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management. • Strong experience with payer contracting, provider credentialing, and reimbursement strategy. • Behavioral healthcare experience strongly preferred. • Proven ability to lead teams, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. • Strong knowledge of Medicaid and managed care organization (MCO) credentialing, commercial payer network requirements, and applicable CMS and state regulatory requirements. • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance goals. • Strong aptitude for technology with a forward-thinking approach to leveraging systems and improving operational efficiency. • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
