📋 Description

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and training through the first 30 days of newly hired Retail Merchandisers • Collaborate with Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Retail Training Specialists, and Field Managers • Establish and communicate expectations and procedures for new hires • Track training progress, assign training tasks, and follow up on completion • Develop personalized training plans • Ensure timely completion of new hire employment processes in accordance with company and client policies and regulations • Facilitate compliance training • Provide product and technology training to support proficiency and service order compliance • Coordinate in-store training sessions with Retail Training Specialists and Field Managers • Maintain regular communication with new hires during their first 30 days • Update Retail Training Specialists and Field Managers on new hire progress, achievements, and improvement areas

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • Ability to work in the United States, validated through E-Verify
