📋 Description

• Provide leadership to District Sales Managers and sales representatives in meeting or exceeding client goals • Develop strategic territory coverage plans • Manage sales activity standards and reporting procedures • Ensure product distribution of all authorized manufacturer products • Serve as a key strategic leader in coordination with the client Regional Director for the East

• Fostering teamwork and cooperation • Managing performance through clear goals, progress tracking, feedback, and prompt issue resolution • Ability to analyze team member performance data • Ability to develop and implement sales strategy, goals, and objectives • Strong communication and results orientation • Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills • Ability to present information to principals, managers, employee teams, and customers • Organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of consumer-packaged goods experience, including essential account management • Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Administration experience required • Good office management and time management skills • Ability to influence people and prioritize multiple demands simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including presentation ability • Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail • Negotiation skills and ability to delegate • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Valid driver's license
