📋 Description

• Manage, train, and engage a team executing retail merchandising, reset, remodel, and sales projects • Interview and hire team members • Ensure project quality through in-store audits and hands-on project assistance • Read and interpret planograms • Unload trucks, install fixtures, and operate equipment and merchandising aids • Organize work techniques, equipment, materials, and team schedules before projects begin • Modify project plans using independent judgment and discretion when needed • Set, communicate, and manage project expectations with customers and team members • Evaluate team member performance and provide counseling, coaching, and constructive feedback • Communicate professionally and continually with customers and team members • Use technology, hardware, and software tools • Ensure projects are completed timely and within budget

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • One to two+ years of related retail experience and/or training • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to directly supervise approximately 10–30 employees • Ability to work in remote and field environments • Ability to travel locally, including some overnight travel • Ability to perform physically demanding reset and remodel work • Ability to remove and relocate products and shelving • Ability to build and install fixtures • Ability to reorganize products according to planograms • Ability to replace shelf tags • Ability to stock new products and retrieve additional inventory • Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to use technology, hardware, and software tools
