📋 Description

• Act as a supporting point of contact with clients, maintain relationships, and assist with strategic planning • Manage execution of client-specific initiatives across departments within Mosaic • Guide the timeliness and accuracy of reporting and tracking mechanisms for performance metrics • Define, monitor, and provide feedback on key performance metrics; direct the team and take action when metrics are not met • Coordinate with internal shared services to align delivery with client expectations • Organize and maintain training content in the learning platform for current and new-hire associates • Develop and facilitate communication and training strategies supporting compliance and associate engagement • Support team tactics, identifying services and resources needed for implementation and improvement • Improve processes and implement efficiencies • Develop and manage field performance measurement tools, including scorecards, reports, and KPIs • Identify field issues and collaborate on solutions • Track and maintain event budgets and ensure bottom-line project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of client services or project management experience in an agency, retail, merchandising, or marketing environment • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar combination of education and/or relevant experience • Proven success in client relationship development, management, retention, and growth • CRM knowledge, including Salesforce or HubSpot, preferred • Knowledge of data collection and reporting • Previous experience working with partner agencies • Superior observational, analytical, and communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills • Ability to schedule tasks and people to meet program goals • Superior interpersonal skills • Impeccable follow-up and follow-through skills • Proficiency with Google Suite tools and aptitude for working in a digital environment • Strong client communication skills, including insight, analysis, and program reporting • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities • Flexibility to work beyond generally Monday–Friday hours during peak times
