📋 Description

• Assume ownership of deployed solutions and maintain operational performance • Develop lifecycle management plans, including versioning and release management • Monitor system health using Foundry and AIP observability tools • Drive user adoption and provide training and documentation • Support recurring value realization measurement cycles • Identify scalability improvements and architectural enhancements • Support release and deployment management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry monitoring and lifecycle management • Experience with operational tooling, release management, and dependency tracking • Ability to evaluate AI agent performance using AIP observability tools • Strong documentation and enablement skills • Ability to drive organizational adoption and change management • 2–10+ years in engineering, operations, or technical product roles • Experience with enterprise data platforms preferred • Experience in regulated industries preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
