📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. • Design small-to-medium systems. • Write clean, testable code. • Conduct code review before deployment and coach developers on any issues discovered. • Foundational understanding of RESTful or GraphQL APIs. • Identify and fix bottlenecks, from slow SQL queries to bloated frontend bundles. • Coach and mentor mid-junior developers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8 years of experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain or maintain Public Trust (High) clearance. • Understanding database normalization, load balancing, and basic microservices. • Ability to debug a failing CI/CD pipeline and manage environment variables safely. • Writing unit tests and End-to-End tests as standard practice. • Explaining technical trade-offs to product managers and mentoring junior developers.
