📋 Description

• Analyze business scenarios, customer pain points, and product requirements through discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Design features and enhancements, including functional specifications, workflows, process flows, mockups or wireframes, and acceptance criteria • Evaluate impact and backward compatibility of product changes • Negotiate requirements with stakeholders and decompose approved changes into technical user stories and development tasks • Coordinate implementation details with developers and manage scope changes • Analyze and support distribution workflows across sales, purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, pricing, freight, tax, and related financial processes • Document data flows and integration requirements with external dispatch, delivery, inventory, tank monitoring, CRM, and other industry systems • Create mapping or API specifications when applicable • Collaborate with developers, QA, automated testing engineers, technical writers, support, implementation teams, and external partners • Develop test plans and scenarios; perform acceptance testing and verify corrected defects • Support User Acceptance Testing, release and deployment readiness, customer demonstrations, user training, and post-go-live troubleshooting • Maintain product, process, and support documentation • Process support requests, assist with root-cause analysis, and identify continuous improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • 3+ years of experience in business or system analysis, ERP functional consulting, or product analysis • 3+ years of experience in one or more distribution domains: Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or E-commerce • Experience developing functional specifications and workflow diagrams • Experience working directly with developers and business users • Experience with manual acceptance testing and creation of test scenarios • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on measurable results in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote environment • Quality-focused mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly • Availability to work primarily in Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility based on project needs
