📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment using a telephone dialing system • Provide excellent customer service to patients • Use listening skills to address patients’ equipment or service needs and concerns • Handle requests accurately and efficiently • Educate patients on the clinical importance of changing supplies according to suggested and insurance-approved schedules • Create sales orders and confirm item and patient demographic accuracy • Remain on the phone for the entirety of the shift • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of customer service experience • Customer-oriented • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms • Ability to multitask between CallShaper, SNAP, and Brightree • Self-motivated team player • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional environment • Ability to work independently and meet target goals • Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise • High-speed home internet • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. EST
