📋 Description

• Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization algorithms to develop or improve data products • Build data pipelines and develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Generative AI models • Perform advanced analytics and statistical analysis • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify insight requirements, business goals, KPIs, diagnostics, and learning agendas • Define project requirements, including data sources, algorithms, and implementation, with data scientists and team leads • Develop expertise in survey/panel, third-party, media activity, and transaction data for audience segmentation solutions • Work with Product and Engineering teams to transition development projects into production systems • Prepare and present analytical presentations to marketing and business audiences • Communicate complex concepts and data insights effectively • Mentor and guide data scientists as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Adobe analytics tools, including Adobe Journey Analytics • Experience with Databricks and R • Experience applying statistics and data science tools to large datasets • Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, neural networks/deep learning, SVM, decision trees, clustering, regression, and dimensionality reduction • Specialization in Generative AI • Expertise in model training, hyperparameter tuning, learning-rate tuning, and model evaluation • Extensive data preparation experience, including normalization and scaling • Proficiency in Python/R, APIs, Excel, LLMs, SQL, and Power Automate • Exposure to Spark/PySpark in distributed computing environments • Mastery of SQL for efficient large-dataset queries • Ability to handle structured and unstructured data • Strong analytical skills and experience deploying innovative SaaS solutions in the technology industry • Attention to detail and time-management skills across multiple projects • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field and 6+ years of relevant work experience, or Master's degree in a quantitative or related field and relevant work experience • Proven experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment • Demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets and perform sophisticated data analysis • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R • Experience integrating APIs into data solutions • Advanced Excel proficiency • Familiarity with Large Language Models and their applications • Strong SQL skills for database management and data manipulation • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to collaborate and mentor junior data scientists • Self-motivated and committed to staying current with data science and machine learning advancements
