📋 Description

• Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization algorithms to develop or improve data products • Build data pipelines and develop machine learning models • Perform advanced analytics and statistical analysis • Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Generative AI models • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define insight requirements, business goals, learning agendas, KPIs, and diagnostics • Collaborate with data scientists and team leads to define project requirements, data sources, algorithms, and implementation • Develop expert knowledge of data sources for audience segmentation, including survey/panel, third-party, media-content activity, and purchase/transaction data • Work with Product and Engineering teams to transition development projects into production systems • Prepare and present analytical presentations to marketing and business audiences • Communicate complex concepts effectively • Mentor and guide data scientists as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Adobe analytics tools, including Adobe Journey Analytics • Experience with third-party SaaS tools, including Databricks and R • Experience applying statistics and data science tools to large datasets • Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, neural networks/deep learning, SVM, decision trees, clustering, regression, and dimensionality reduction • Specialization in Generative AI • Expertise in model training, hyperparameter tuning, learning-rate tuning, and model evaluation • Extensive experience preparing data for modeling, including normalization and scaling • Proficiency in Python/R, APIs, Excel, LLMs, SQL, and Power Automate • Exposure to Spark/PySpark in distributed computing environments • Mastery of SQL for efficient code over large datasets • Experience handling structured and unstructured data • Strong analytical skills and proven experience deploying innovative SaaS solutions in the tech industry • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or related degree program and 6+ years of relevant work experience OR Master’s Degree in a quantitative field and relevant work experience • Proven experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment • Demonstrated ability to handle complex datasets and perform sophisticated data analysis • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R • Experience with APIs and integrating them into data solutions • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with Large Language Models and their applications • Strong SQL skills for database management and data manipulation • Strong problem-solving, creative, and critical data-thinking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and mentor junior data scientists • Self-motivated and committed to staying current with data science and machine learning advancements
