📋 Description

• Direct product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life • Serve as a central resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and meet performance goals • Own day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance within a defined scope • Act as the product-level first line of response to stakeholders for a product, sub-product, or defined capability • Collect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements and turn them into product enhancements and plans • Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with broader product or domain strategy • Build and maintain product business plans supporting revenue, adoption, and cost-efficiency goals • Own and manage roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, requirements, and prioritization • Establish and manage quarterly OKRs and product KPIs • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders on product launches, positioning, and adoption • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement using financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics • Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams throughout the product lifecycle • Support research and analysis for product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation • Escalate complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment considerations to senior product leadership • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments • Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices • Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments • The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship • Experience managing large scale implementation of data sets, including data ingestion, integration, transformation and reporting tools experience • Strong technical abilities and experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python, etc. • Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech or data-driven product ecosystems • Interest in or experience with AI concepts, including MCP servers, APIs, and agent prompt crafting
