📋 Description

• Own the experimentation engine end to end, including funnel and product-data opportunity discovery, experiment and tracking design, and weekly reporting. • Lead growth for research and product launches through website optimization, lifecycle programs and organic social experiments. • Run and grow Adaption’s X and LinkedIn channels, including launch posts, research highlights and community content. • Partner with community, events and DevRel teams to turn hackathons and Discord activity into repeatable growth loops. • Own acquisition channels including paid search, paid social and sponsorships, targeting signups, activation and cost per acquisition. • Build repeatable marketing engines to make Adaption a leading choice for enterprise intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing, ideally at an AI, developer tools or technical B2B startup. • Demonstrated ability to operationalize growth strategy creatively and rapidly. • Track record of scaling performance marketing across channels and markets, delivering incremental user and revenue growth. • Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills. • Strong writing ability across social posts, conversion copy and clear emails while maintaining brand voice. • Ability to build repeatable systems from sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates and reporting. • Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish and accountability for ROI. • Bias toward shipping and iterating on messaging quickly. • Ability and desire to operate in a fast-moving company. • Adaptability and willingness to develop bold ideas.
