📋 Description

• Manage endpoint protection and device security across Mac and Windows • Administer Google Workspace account security and access controls • Keep operating systems and key software patched and up to date • Monitor and respond to security alerts • Manage device and data backup coverage • Handle routine IT/security maintenance and troubleshooting • Complete an initial transition/setup project • Provide ongoing lean maintenance • Document the environment • Flag security or reliability issues proactively

🎯 Requirements

• US-based required • Strong experience supporting small businesses of roughly 10–30 users • Hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows • Strong Google Workspace administration and security experience • Expertise in endpoint protection, patch management, device security, and backups • Huntress experience strongly preferred, ideally with an existing Huntress partner account and ability to provide licenses • Able to personally perform the work rather than primarily subcontracting it • Strong communication, documentation, and security practices • References from similar small-business clients highly valued
