📋 Description

• Meet or exceed business objectives within the compliance framework • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as ADC Therapeutics’ single point of contact • Directly manage a team of 2 Hematology Therapeutic Specialists • Develop account understanding and assess perceptions toward ZYNLONTA • Develop account plans for key accounts and collaborate across the organization to execute them • Serve as a player/coach for area business, managing personal accounts and HTS performance • Articulate ZYNLONTA’s clinical profile and value proposition to key stakeholders • Use approved materials and resources to drive awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA • Map physicians and key stakeholders to drive advocacy • Partner with account stakeholders to ensure a positive ZYNLONTA experience and compliantly triage requests • Participate in account and business reviews with the cross-functional ADC Therapeutics team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • 7+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred • Oncology/Hematology experience preferred • Experience with buy and bill products preferred • Account management experience • People management experience preferred, but not required • Outstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and ability to influence • Ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing and complex environment • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to comply with credentialing • Travel expectation averages 4 days/week in the territory and as needed for conference coverage • Must be able to travel as necessary, including possible weekend travel for congresses
