📋 Description

• Monitor EVV systems in real-time and contact caregivers who have not clocked in or out successfully; understand issues, request paper timesheets, and escalate when necessary • Provide educational and training assistance to caregiver staff on appropriate EVV system use • Request retro schedule changes and manual visit confirmations, following up until resolution and billing completion • Work with insurance companies and EVV companies to resolve demographic and authorization issues • Research root causes and resolve EVV system errors to ensure accurate service hours and correct claim billing • Research and resolve errors in Excel reports to ensure accurate system imports, claim billing, and reconciliation • Serve as subject matter expert on EVV systems and billing rules, training others as needed • Monitor and trend EVV data to ensure procedures and processes work properly • Support process and electronic information system improvements • Provide support to Operations and/or Reimbursement departments for special projects and needs • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships and open communication • Plan and organize work, meet productivity requirements, participate in continuous quality improvement, and promote teamwork • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • Administrative experience required • Customer service experience preferred • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills • Computer proficiency required, including intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of home care operations, including Horizon preferred • Knowledge of state Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems preferred • Ability to work collaboratively and individually • Analytical and problem solving skills required • Ability to read, interpret and implement regulations and administrative rules from a variety of sources including the State and Federal government • Must maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and be flexible to meet department needs • Must follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements • Must abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
