📋 Description

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments • Perform general ledger reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies • Review and post payroll-related transactions • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records • Manage month-end and year-end close processes in alignment with corporate timelines • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting requirements • Support audit preparation and financial documentation as needed • Provide financial reporting and analysis support to the Corporate Accounting team • Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement • Support decision-making through accurate and timely financial insights • Work closely with Corporate Accounting and cross-functional teams • Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones • Support ongoing process improvements and standardization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience • Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments considered an asset • Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting processes required • Experience handling high-volume financial data in a fast-paced environment • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Great Plains preferred • Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
