📋 Description

• Manage multiple mid-size to large projects simultaneously • Coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms • Lead project planning and implementation • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Develop project plans • Assemble and coordinate project staff • Manage project budget and resource allocation • Plan and schedule project timelines • Track project deliverables daily using CRM and Professional Services Automation tools • Provide direction and support to the project team • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals • Evaluate projects and assess results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 4+ years experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle • Proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment • Project Team management experience • Excellent client facing skills • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools • Experience in global accounting • Implementation or working experience with ERP systems • Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative
