📋 Description
• Prescribe medication to patients to assist with overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive psychiatric changes • Prepare and maintain treatment records and reports for Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health operations • Evaluate clients’ physical or mental condition based on client information • Collaborate with staff members on clinical assessments and treatment plans • Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources, or specialists as necessary • Modify treatment activities or approaches in response to changes in clients’ status • Complete administrative documentation for every client, including intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, and e-prescribing documentation • Provide prescriptive clinical services in coordination with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution • ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification • Hold a valid DEA • Preferred: NP or APRN with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert)
