📋 Description

• Prescribe medication to patients to assist them in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making positive changes for psychiatric well-being • Prepare and maintain treatment records and reports for Joint Commission accreditation, insurance payers, and Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s Operations Manual • Evaluate clients’ physical or mental condition based on client information • Collaborate with staff to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans • Refer patients, clients, or family members to ABH IOP, community resources, or specialists as necessary • Modify treatment activities or approaches based on changes in clients’ status • Complete administrative documentation for every client, including intake notes, progress notes, lab orders, and e-prescribing documentation • Coordinate prescriptive clinical services with Adjuvant’s clinical guidance • Report to the ABH Supervising Psychiatrist

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution • ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification • Hold a valid DEA • NP or APRN with PMHNP certification (Psych/Mental Cert) preferred • Experience is reflected in pay level ($65–70/hour based on years of experience)
