📋 Description

• Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Firefly • Partner with inbound PMM teams for outbound Firefly marketing strategy • Own marketing strategy for Firefly, driving awareness and retention • Orchestrate unified launch plans and maintain channel execution • Develop post-launch optimization strategies informed by usage data • Own PMM perspective on Firefly's business performance • Influence product roadmap using customer insights and market analysis • Enable GTM and marketing teams to articulate Firefly's value • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coherent messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product marketing experience, including senior roles • 8+ years of experience managing people • Passion for new technologies, creative products, and the creative industry • End-to-end PMM skills: positioning, messaging, launch, and post-launch optimization • Proven ability to develop compelling product positioning that translates technical capability into customer value • Experience launching AI or technically complex products • Strong product instincts • Ability to toggle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments • Data-driven and insight-led approach • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
