📋 Description

• Design systems and interfaces that empower creatives to work with intelligent tools • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to prototype and refine new experiences • Design internal tools that power creative teams or invent new interaction patterns • Bring a tinkerer’s mindset—experimenting, iterating, and learning through building • Use prototypes as thinking tools, evolving concepts through feedback and exploration

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design • Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation • Experience designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows • Technical comfort working with APIs, rendering pipelines, or creative scripting • Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups) • Bonus points for experience with creative automation, brand systems, or model-based workflows (image, video, motion) • Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles
