• Guide families through intake logistics, paperwork, scheduling, and program updates • Maintain intake documents, attendance, census records, and other program records • Coordinate new admission appointments, including psychiatric and IEP appointments • Support virtual sessions by monitoring chat, helping teens navigate transitions, and troubleshooting Zoom • Complete same-day administrative documentation and wellness check-ins as assigned • Promptly alert the clinical team to safety concerns, disclosures, or changes in client behavior • Collaborate closely with admissions and clinical teams • Support teens and families entering the virtual mental health program
• Fluency in English and Spanish • Experience in a behavioral health, clinical, educational, or related administrative setting • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Comfort working with adolescents ages 13–17 and supporting virtual groups • Sound judgment about the boundaries of a non-clinical role and when to escalate concerns
