📋 Description

• Develop and lead AGCI's growth strategy aligned with organizational priorities, mission objectives, and long-term sustainability • Build and mature growth capabilities across AGCI's global enterprise, including audience development, constituent engagement, brand stewardship, communications, growth analytics, and field enablement • Identify opportunities to expand organizational reach, deepen engagement, and strengthen constituent relationships • Establish scalable systems, governance practices, operating mechanisms, frameworks, tools, standards, and support mechanisms for sustainable growth • Serve as executive steward of brand strategy, messaging architecture, constituent experience standards, and organizational reputation • Establish communication governance, brand standards, and messaging frameworks across the enterprise • Align brand, communications, content, digital engagement, and audience development strategies with growth objectives • Increase organizational visibility, awareness, and engagement among priority audiences and stakeholders • Partner with the Chief Development Officer on constituent acquisition, donor engagement, retention, lifetime value, and revenue growth • Support enterprise planning and resource allocation through growth forecasting, performance insights, and audience intelligence • Serve on the Executive Team and contribute to enterprise strategy, governance, operational alignment, and cross-functional decisions • Advise the President and Executive Team on growth opportunities, constituent trends, market dynamics, and organizational performance • Lead and develop the marketing and growth function • Oversee a department of seven employees, including departmental budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management • Build leadership capacity, organizational capabilities, and scalable systems • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and mission-driven execution • Travel domestically up to 10% and internationally up to 5% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field • 12 or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in marketing, growth, communications, fundraising, business development, or related disciplines • Experience leading organizational growth strategies, brand development, audience expansion, and market positioning initiatives • Experience integrating marketing, fundraising, communications, digital engagement, and customer or constituent experience functions • Proven success leading teams and scaling systems, processes, and governance frameworks • Experience using data, analytics, and performance measurement to inform strategy and drive measurable results • Demonstrated executive leadership in growth strategy, marketing, brand stewardship, and organizational development • Expertise in audience development, constituent experience, digital engagement, constituent lifecycle strategy, and revenue enablement • Ability to develop organizational capabilities, governance models, and operating frameworks for sustainable enterprise growth • Ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies driving constituent acquisition, engagement, retention, and organizational impact • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data, analytics, and market intelligence into strategic decisions • Ability to establish KPIs and measure organizational growth and marketing effectiveness • Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and lead through collaboration and influence • Ability to lead through influence across a complex, global, and matrixed organization • Proven success aligning diverse teams, building scalable systems, and driving organizational change and growth • Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and influence diverse stakeholders • Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, relationship-building, and communication capabilities • Proficient ability to plan, administer, and report budgets • Advanced basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, reporting, project management, presentations, databases, internet, and email • Knowledge and use of AGCI’s adoption database/software and Donor Perfect fundraising database/software • Ability to handle confidential information and solve complex problems • Must possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate travel documentation • Must successfully complete an extensive criminal background check • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship • Must agree to and abide by All God's Children International’s Statement of Faith • Must be able to work with frequent computer use and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds • Proximity to a major international airport required
