📋 Description

• Design and maintain ADTRAV and third-party software systems, including RezDesk, Concur, Deem, Cytric, GetThere, and Cvent • Serve as a subject matter expert during client implementations, including meeting implementations • Configure and customize new accounts and ensure customer requirements are implemented accurately • Configure online booking tools, meetings tools, profile systems, mobile applications, and internal proprietary products • Analyze proposed product-design changes and optimize user experience • Assist in prioritizing configuration administration workload • Assess escalated online issues; troubleshoot, research, and diagnose problems • Review and recommend system improvements and support configuration change requests • Act as liaison among management, development, and customers • Perform site demonstrations or training as needed • Manage and resolve JIRA ticket cases • Create and execute test plans • Stay current on information technologies, emerging trends, and company applications • Participate in ongoing professional development and training • Develop expertise in ADTRAV software, the travel industry, and customer base • Represent ADTRAV by fostering positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required • At least 3 years of travel industry experience required • 5+ years of experience with Concur and Sabre • 2+ years of experience with Deem, Cytric and GetThere • Experience working with Cvent, Amadeus, and mobile products preferred • Experience writing PNR Editor strings required • Certifications in Cvent configuration or online booking tools a plus • Ability to analyze and interpret complex information from multiple sources • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Experience with issue tracking systems such as Jira • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Strong business writing abilities • Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work remotely while meeting company home office and productivity requirements • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time • Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information • Able to successfully pass a credit, criminal, and/or employment reference background check • Able to successfully pass a government clearance process as required
