📋 Description

• Evaluate programmatic work for the leadership team by reviewing information entered into PHS by Program Managers and others • Review documentation and record retention for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Tennessee state standards • Answer questions and provide direction on improvements and corrections • Review individual program-progress records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance • Recommend actions to resolve recurring issues • Assist the VP, Directors, Program Managers, and other staff in implementing accepted recommendations • Assist leadership in reviewing processes and procedures for compliance • Work with leadership and staff to improve effectiveness and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must currently reside in Tennessee • Must have Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging programs experience • Experience in DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, and Family Model services • Knowledge of practices and techniques of programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities • Ability to exercise judgment in interpreting and implementing programs • Ability to implement proper practices and techniques of supervision • Ability to prepare necessary reports and records accurately and completely • High-speed internet • At least one 27" or larger monitor, mouse, and keyboard to use with the company laptop • Good computer skills; comfortable with software and technology • Ability to work without close supervision • Must be flexible and organized • Must be able to interact with a wide range of people • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Applicants in full-time roles must reliably dedicate 10 to 15 hours weekly without conflict with primary employment • Resume required; submissions without a resume will not be considered
