📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements, including technology, security, and data privacy contracts • Ensure contract terms align with company policies and risk tolerance • Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams on detailed contract reviews • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements • Work with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals and operational needs • Manage agreements from intake through execution using contract management tools and systems • Support post-signature contract reviews and vendor performance management
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment • Familiarity with SaaS, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions is highly desirable • Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail • Understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations • Ability to assess risk, identify creative solutions, and provide sound business recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
