📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of urgent creative requests, showcasing exceptional time management. • Translate complex data sets into clear, engaging charts, graphs, and infographics. • Apply expert-level knowledge of visual weight, whitespace, contrast, and alignment to structure slides. • Expertly adapt creative decks into various technical specifications ensuring visual balance. • Build, maintain, and scale highly functional presentation templates as needed. • Design static and animated social assets following creative direction and platform specifications. • Use Google’s generative AI creative tools in daily design. • Work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to deliver brand-consistent visuals. • Manage delivery estimates, provide status updates, and interpret stakeholder feedback. • Proactively research and synthesize industry trends and emerging social media behaviors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and Social first content. • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. • Proven track record of success managing high-priority projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience interpreting performance metrics (CTR, engagement) to optimize design decisions and drive audience action. • A portfolio showcasing abilities relating to visual storytelling, platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, safe zones), and interactive media for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. • Grasp of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition) and a keen eye for emerging trends to ensure brand-consistent, best in class content. • Ability to translate complex brand messages into compelling narratives and troubleshoot design challenges. • Adept in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma, with a solid understanding of the full art production and graphic editing process. • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to push the boundaries of creative production. • Meticulousness to ensure all visuals are pixel-perfect, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines across different devices and platforms. • Ability to pivot quickly in response to platform updates, new features, and shifting priorities without losing momentum.
